"It took a couple of days because I like to know what I'm talking about before I speak."
I almost had to replace my computer after reading that little snippet from Obama's speech. No, I couldn't stomach watching the speech. After all, he had warmed up for his speech by appearing on "The Tonight Show", ESPN, and "60 Minutes". I didn't watch those either, but even after all the teaser commercials I had pretty much had enough.
However, I enjoyed watching the Twitter comments roll on my screen during his speech so when I saw that one sentence pop up I nearly howled with laughter. President Obama said that in response to the question of why it took him so long to express outrage over the AIG bonuses.
Hmmmm.... it took him a couple of days to form a response? Americans pretty much formed a response in 2 seconds. FAIL!

Wow, and the liberals said that President Bush was an idiot...I guess their definition of genious must be mixed up.
I guess the teleprompter was really involved with other important business.
If President Bush had made a similar comment, the liberal MSM would have relentlessly mocked him.
It took Barry such a long time to respond because first he had to ask someone if the issue was "above his pay grade". Then, someone had to write some comments out, expressing his "anger" over the situation, and then it could finally be loaded into the teleprompter for his heartfelt delivery.

Now, now folks...cut the "in over his haid" dude some slack. It took him two days to respond, because he had to figure out (a) that his administration had already approved the bonuses (b) and needed to have Bela Pelosi and her pitchfork-waving peasants decide for him how he should react. Then, it had to be programmed into his George Soros-controlled telepuppeteer.
All this takes time ;) Especially for a moron like Barry.
